We Honor Veterans Community Partner
We Honor Veterans is a program of the National Hospice and Palliative Care Organization (NHPCO) in collaboration with the Department of Veterans Affairs (VA) to help improve the care Veterans receive.
Originally designed for hospice providers, We Honor Veterans extended its partner opportunities to other community-based health care organizations, such as funeral homes, hospitals, assisted living facilities, and home health agencies.
As a We Honor Veterans Community Partner, Piper-Morley is committed to providing quality services to veterans and their families and to expanding community awareness of the unique needs of veterans and benefits available to them. We will strive to always do our best to ensure that happens.
